Early Life and Career
Dominic Turgeon, born on February 25, 1996, in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, began his hockey journey at a young age. His exceptional skills on the ice quickly caught the attention of scouts and coaches.Professional Career
Turgeon made his professional debut with the Val-d'Or Foreurs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) in 2012-13. During his four seasons with the Foreurs, he led them to the QMJHL finals twice and earned numerous individual accolades, including the Guy Lafleur Trophy as the league's MVP in 2015-16. In 2016, Turgeon was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings with the 85th overall pick in the NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut with the Red Wings in 2017-18 and has since established himself as a valuable member of the team.International Play
